On August 27, 2023 OPPC held their annual Day Of Caring. This year, day of caring was focused around water. One of Orchard Parks partners in this ministry was Friends of the White River.

One Rectangle Table with a Chair in the Preschool Waiting Area (to be used for them to sign in and get OPPC name tag).
Large TV, Mic and PODIUM in gym under screen and 3 of the 6-foot rectangular tables for food in front of the kitchen pull down window.
Also at entrance put up 4 rectangles (2 on each side to create an aisle) with 8 chairs. This lets them do check in, dues, door prizes, etc.
Banquet style. 12 rounds/8 Chairs
Set up needs to be done after IBA leaves on Thursday night and before noonish on Friday — to allow them to set up.
There is no tear down — Trinity fellowship should be able to use the majority of this set up but it does vary slightly. Tear down for Trinity needs to be after Trinity leaves at 9 Friday night and before IBA comes on Saturday morning.
