We gather on Sundays at 10:00 am for worship.
We worship through prayer, music, scripture, preaching, sacraments and offering. Each Sunday we offer services
designed to help you experience Jesus’ love in an environment that you will find most comfortable. Communion is
celebrated the second Sunday of each month.
The Music Ministry at OPPC offers several opportunities for musicians to share their talents within worship. The
information provided below explains how everyone at Orchard Park can make a joyful noise before the Lord.
Please contact Mike Pietranczyk, Director of Music, if you are interested in any of OPPC’s Music Ministries.
This group rings 3-6 octaves of Malmark Handbells, and up to 5 octaves of handchimes. The group offers selections in worship approximately once per month. In addition to Chancel Ringers, there are also opportunities for ringers to participate in smaller ensembles, and solo ringing. Members of the group regularly participate in Area 5 Handbell Musicians of America conferences and workshops.
The 10:00 a.m. service at Orchard Park offers a wide variety of musical styles in worship. The Orchard Park Band, comprised of both volunteer and professional musicians offers Contemporary Christian selections by some of today's most popular Christian artists.
The children of Orchard Park can participate in singing, movement and instrumental instruction in our Sunday School program. For more information, please visit the Children's Ministry webpage: https://orchardpark.org/ministries/children
The rich and diverse musical styles offered at Orchard Park are made possible by the many talented individuals who not only participate in our larger ensembles but give of their time and talent by sharing through solos and small ensembles. All worshipers at Orchard Park are welcome and encouraged to share their musical abilities and enrich the worship experience. The variety of instruments played in worship regularly include: pipe organ (two actually!), brass, percussion, woodwinds, string, harp, guitar, drums, piano, bass and even marimba! We encourage all musicians to assist in leading worship. “Let everything that hath breath, praise the Lord."
