Youth Caravan 2024 is going to Wilmington, NC
465 per person
PPM costs cover all of your meals, lodging, and a team of PPM staff who will be with your team throughout the whole trip, taking care of the logistics for you so you can focus on the ministry with your team.
This pricing does NOT include airfare, transportation to and within a domestic mission trip location, or any ministry material costs you may need for your trip. If your team is interested in working on a service project during your week of service, I’d recommend budgeting in $50-75/person in ministry money.
Per-person price is dependent on one of two lodging options. The lower pricing has your team housed at a local church or school or other similar facility. These are clean, secure, and have bathroom facilities, but teams typically bring air mattresses and may not have air conditioning, depending on location. This is our most common lodging.
Dates: June 7 - 14
Trip Length is typically 7 days, 6 nights (Saturday arrival to Friday departure).
Crossways will cover the additional costs for students to attend Caravan including transportation, additional food, and fun activities for all students. Need a partial scholarship or have questions? Contact, Youth Director, Kristin Lehr at 317.443.1365
Each of our trips is scheduled to participate in meaningful ministries with members of the local church/community often serving alongside them. We design your schedule with you and your hosts to make sure that ministry plans fit your team well and support what God is already doing in the community.
Each evening we have built-in time to reflect on all the Lord is doing/has done that day. Our staff team is ready, willing, and able to lead all of that worship and reflection time, but we are also open to any involvement that you would desire. We are open and flexible and want to make sure your students are being led in the way that will bring the most value.
Each of our trips is scheduled with a final day of rest and relaxation. We want teams to experience the beauty and culture of their host location, and of course have some fun as a team before returning home!
