Pastor Rev. Ken Locke

After two, long-term installed ministries, Rev. Ken Locke opted for the peripatetic life of an intentional interim pastor. He has served as the interim pastor to churches in WV, OH, KY, IA, WI and IN. We are his ninth interim congregation, and he is delighted to be with us. His call is to help us keep doing ministry while we prepare ourselves for our next installed pastor.
Pastor Ken holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Ouachita Baptist University. As well as a pastor, Ken has worked as a short-order cook, soldier and freight agent. In his copious free time, he enjoys reading, traveling and learning to play the piano.
Ken lives in Beech Grove with his wife Elizabeth and their basset hound, William. Ken will be very glad when the I-465 construction is FINALLY finished.
