Set up in Lounge: 3 large round tables with 6 chairs each.
Also, please put 8 chairs out on Main Street around the comfy chairs
Leaders will arrive at 7.
Rooms 120 and 121 will be used until 4.
Rooms 204 and 206 will be used until 6
Set up: TV in room 204. Need ability to plug a computer to display slides onto the screen.
Note to Cooper/Conner: This will need to be taken down on Monday before the AA group comes in. I will add a meeting on Monday for the tear down.
They will do their own set-up and clean up.
