On August 27, 2023 OPPC held their annual Day Of Caring. This year, day of caring was focused around water. One of Orchard Parks partners in this ministry was Friends of the White River.

Set up: Stage, projector, microphone and media cart
Doors need to be open at 12:45 so they can start setting up. The7 need to remain open until 8:30.
Here is the schedule
I wanted to ensure the pavilion and kitchen are reserved for the day (12:45-8:30pm). Decorating/Set – 12:45-3:15pm.
Cooking – 3:30-5:00.
Event – 5 – 7:30pm
Clean up – 7:30-8:30pm
Extra rooms: We’d like to use the hallways and a few classrooms for different stations for entertainment. If no other event is occurring, we are looking for 4-6 rooms we could use on the main floor to host groups of 10 people.
