Hello Young Families!
Mark your calendars for a special and impactful gathering this month! For our meeting on Sunday, October 19, we are shaking things up a bit. We will stay together as a group, but the only difference is our starting location.
Instead of meeting at the church, we will begin our time together by serving our community at the Carmel United Methodist Food Pantry (621 S Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN 46032). We will work together to help assemble essential kits of cleaning supplies for local families. This is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity for us to live out our faith and serve alongside one another.
After our volunteer work is complete, we will all return to OPPC to enjoy dinner and fellowship together, just like we normally would.
Here’s the plan:
- Meet at the Carmel United Methodist Food Pantry at [Insert Time].
- Serve by assembling cleaning supply kits.
- Return to OPPC for a delicious group dinner.
This is a wonderful chance to serve our neighbors and show our children the importance of giving back. We are so excited for this unique opportunity to connect and make a difference.
