Go See Hear a delightful autumn day trip! On Thursday, October 16th, we will journey to the historic “Village of Spires” in Oldenburg, Indiana. Known for its beautiful German architecture and rich heritage, Oldenburg offers a perfect setting for a day of exploration and fellowship.
Our day will feature a self-guided walking tour and a delicious group lunch. Please see the full itinerary below.

Schedule for the Day:
- 10:00 AM – Self-Guided Walking Tour (Weather Permitting)
- We will meet at the Peter Benz House on Main Street to begin a self-guided tour of the town’s historic sites and beautiful churches. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking. Please note: The walking portion of our day is dependent on good weather.
- 12:00 PM (Noon) – Group Lunch
- Following the tour, we will gather for lunch and conversation at The Brau House, a local favorite.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, enjoy the autumn scenery, and learn about one of Indiana’s hidden gems. Carpooling is encouraged!
