What Happens Next

  1. Availability Check – We’ll confirm your requested room, date, and time.

  2. Door & Tech Coordination – If you requested door access or A‑V support, we’ll schedule badges, codes, and equipment.

  3. Email Confirmation – Within three business days you’ll receive a detailed confirmation outlining:

    • Room assignment & setup details

    • Door unlock/lock schedule

    • Day‑of contact person

    • Any follow‑up questions we might have

While You Wait

  • Promote Your Event: If you haven’t already, submit a Content Submission Form so our Communications Team can add your event to the website, bulletin, and social channels.

  • Review Building Guidelines: Make sure you’re familiar with our setup, cleanup, and safety policies.
