Thanks to the Catalyst Grant from the presbytery
Orchard Park Presbyterian Church was able to spend a day serving at a place that means so much to
us: Camp PYOCA.

Seventeen of us headed to camp with work gloves, paint brushes, and plenty of energy. Throughout the day we built new stairs, chopped wood, and painted the retreat center. It was good, hard work—but also joyful work. We laughed together, shared lunch, and found ourselves connecting not only through the projects but also through the fellowship that grew in the process.
Camp PYOCA has always been a place where we encounter God in nature, in worship, and in community. To be able to give back to the camp in a tangible way was a blessing. This day of service deepened our love for the camp and for one another.
We are so grateful to the presbytery for this grant. It gave us the chance to serve in a place we love, to strengthen our bonds as a church family, and to care for a camp that continues to shape faith and community for so many.
